As a Staff RN, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards are met. Your role will involve collaborating with a team to provide comprehensive care, while also taking the lead in directing co-workers and delegating tasks appropriately.

In this role, you will:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process
• Provide quality care based on assessment needs and established care plans
• Educate patients and their families from admission through discharge
• Document the nursing process accurately and thoroughly
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely
• Implement physician orders as written
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and report malfunctions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements include:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent decisions
• Need 1 year experience in setting
