Staffing Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities Schedule all clinical staff in accordance with regulations and facility needs Support hiring efforts by conducting interviews for frontline clinical staff Assist with onboarding and ongoing education for clinical staff This is a full-time hourly position. Expected hours of work are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. As a position in a 24/7 skilled nursing environment, occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required to ensure continuity of resident care. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of two years of scheduling, staffing, human resources, or related experience preferred. Healthcare experience, specifically in long-term care, preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required. Strong communication/interpersonal skills required.
