Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.
