They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team in a role focused on service-not sales. What You'll Be Doing Manage an established book of Personal Lines business while building strong, long-term client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and trusted insurance guidance. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and coverage reviews. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages when appropriate. Work closely with producers and carrier partners to ensure clients receive the best possible service. Focus on servicing clients while a dedicated claims department handles claims-related matters. What We're Looking For Personal Lines Account Management experience Active Property & Casualty license. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. A warm, personable communication style with a genuine desire to help clients. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
