Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Associate with over four years of experience to join its team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work on various employment litigation matters and provide advisory services to clients on complex workplace issues. Duties Handle employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and breach of contract cases. Provide everyday employment and HR-related counseling. Draft employment-related policies and agreements. Conduct investigations and deliver training sessions. Requirements JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts. At least four years of employment law experience. Experience litigating before state and federal courts and agencies. Proven ability to advise on compliance matters. Strong drafting skills for policies and agreements. Experience in conducting investigations and training. Education JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and judgment abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
