Entry Level Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce services and generate new business

• Respond to inbound calls, questions, and general inquiries

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and candidates

• Provide high quality customer service and follow up

• Collaborate with recruiters regarding open orders, candidate updates, and customer needs

• Visit current and potential customer sites to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities

• Pick up or drop off checks, equipment, or documents as needed

• Maintain accurate notes, activity logs, and customer information

• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals (calls, visits, follow ups, etc.)

• Backup recruiting when necessary

• Basic office duties such as: filing, data entry, cleaning, etc

Minimum Education Required

HIgh School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Requirements

• Previous B2B sales experience preferred — or willingness to learn and be coached

• Strong customer service mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable, consistent attendance

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt quickly

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for customer visits)
