Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active New York State SLP license
• TSHH or TSSLD (DOE certification)
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school settings or with school-age children is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy and implement evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and write clear, actionable reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
