What We Offer: Generous benefits package, above industry standard, which includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Disability/life insurance 401(k) plan with company match PTO Paid holidays Employee/family discounts in all departments Dealer participation in uniform and all logo attire Eligible for D Plan pricing from Ford on new vehicle purchases Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Maintain the companys standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations Requirements: Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant Very energetic personality A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs About Us: Since the beginning, Bill Talley Ford's success has been attributable to our employees who have offered a consistent high level of customer service.
