Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Product Owner

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite once a week)

Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire

Experience: 8+ Years

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Interview Process: 2 Rounds – Second Round In Person

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow .
• Experience with ServiceNow CRM modules preferred ; ITSM experience is acceptable.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, release planning, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with product KPIs, business metrics, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum teams.
• Manage product backlogs, releases, and business requirements.
• Ensure product functionality aligns with business needs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement sessions, and product reviews.
• Identify opportunities, manage risks, and improve customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience working with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
