Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

Position Overview
Condustrial is currently seeking a Certified Flagger for a road construction and traffic control project in Dahlonega, GA . The ideal candidate must have a current flagger certification and be committed to maintaining a safe work environment for both motorists and construction crews.
Responsibilities
- Direct traffic safely through active construction work zones.
- Use stop/slow paddles and proper hand signals.
- Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the construction crew.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Assist with light general labor duties when traffic control is not required.

✔ Reliable transportation to report to the Dahlonega yard each morning
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
