Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr About the Role Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to own how marketing strategy is executed and optimized within HubSpot, with a primary focus on Marketing Hub. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution—translating high‑level goals into scalable, well‑structured HubSpot systems that drive growth and measurable results. You’ll be responsible for building and improving landing pages, email campaigns, and website experiences, while helping the broader team unlock HubSpot’s full potential through automation, campaign setup, tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident assessing an existing HubSpot environment to identify gaps, fix inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. What You’ll Do Own and optimize marketing execution within HubSpot Marketing Hub Build and improve landing pages, email campaigns, and website experiences Translate marketing strategy into effective HubSpot workflows, automation, and campaign execution Set up and manage campaigns, tracking, and reporting to measure performance Proactively audit the current HubSpot environment, identify issues or gaps, and implement improvements Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HubSpot supports growth, scalability, and clear measurement What We’re Looking For Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Experience building and optimizing landing pages, email marketing, and website content Ability to translate marketing strategy into HubSpot execution (automation, campaigns, reporting) Proven experience with campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurement Proactive problem‑solver who can assess a HubSpot instance and recommend practical improvements Comfortable working in an environment where HubSpot is not yet fully optimized—and excited to help elevate it Why This Role Opportunity to take ownership of HubSpot and significantly improve how it’s used High visibility and impact across marketing operations A role that blends strategy, execution, and systems thinking Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at HubSearch by 2×.
