Registered Nurse – Home Health

Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Home Health for a 15-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Houghton, MI.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients, including assessments, care coordination, and management of individualized patient care plans.
• Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, dressing changes, medication teaching, medication setup, and other patient care needs.
• Complete patient admissions, recertifications, and discharges while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote safe and effective care in the home setting.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home health or home care nursing experience required.
• Experience with PICC lines and wound vacs preferred.

Important Details:

• Assignment Length: 15-week contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Hours: 8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week
• On-Call Requirement: Once monthly weekend rotation and 3 weekdays per month
• Coverage Area: Houghton County, partial Keweenaw County, and partial Baraga County
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
• Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00/hour
