Retail Sales Supervisor As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you are a key driver of our store’s success. You will lead commission‑based sales teams in a low‑pressure, honest retail environment, coach and develop high‑performing staff, and provide outstanding customer experiences using leading‑edge retail technology. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a motivated sales team. Maintain showroom readiness and execute daily open/close procedures. Conduct team huddles, sales drills, and performance reviews. Drive customer engagement and satisfaction while meeting sales goals. Execute sales strategy, workflow management, and process improvements. Experience managing commission‑based teams. Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience standards. Familiarity with e‑learning and team training platforms. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Minimum Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a customer‑focused retail environment. Minimum age 18.
