To be a successful Restaurant General Manager, you must first build an exceptional team. Recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels, from the Front of House to the Back of House. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to: strong P&L analysis skills, cost control, timely completion of financial reports, delegation throughout the management team and maintaining staff files.
