Veterinary Cardiologist

GCVS is currently seeking a board certified/eligible cardiologist with interest in interventional procedures to join our cardiologist and team of dedicated cardiology technicians. Our 60,000 sq-ft hospitalhas two dedicated Philips echo machines including a EPIQ CVx which is 3D and TEE probe, a Philips PageWriter TC70 ECG, and Holter capability. We have imaging capabilities including a 128 - slice CT capable of cardiac gating, on-site 3T MRI, stand alone and point of care radiography, C-arm, and ultrasound run by our diagnostic imaging service. Our newly remodeled Interventional Radiology Suite is set up to accommodate a variety of advanced cardiac procedures. The hospital also has endoscopy, cystoscopy, electrodiagnostic equipment, I131 treatment, and a Varian Halcyon radiation therapy system capable of advanced radiation therapy modalities. Wecurrently have specialty practices in Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Allergy, Avian and Exotics, and Anesthesiology. In addition to the specialty services, we have a 24/7/365 emergency service with a team of dedicated ER doctors and Criticalists. We also have an in-house social work team to support our clients and our staff.
