Early Childhood Education Teacher – Natick, MA Pay: $23–$24 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. We’re looking for a Massachusetts EEC Certified teacher who believes every child deserves a joyful, engaging, and supportive learning environment where they can build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for future success. Whether working with toddlers or preschool-aged children, you’ll create meaningful learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth through purposeful play and hands-on activities. What You’ll Do Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P.
