In this role you will:Lead and mentor a team of 10 GLS associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of general lab consumables to ensure uninterrupted research operations.Manage glass wash and autoclaving services, ensuring all labware is cleaned, sterilized, and returned on schedule.Coordinate the safe handling, storage, and replenishment of liquid nitrogen (LN?) tanks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Oversee compressed gas cylinder management, including ordering, delivery, storage, and return.Maintain accurate records of inventory, usage, and service schedules, using digital tracking systems where applicable.Collaborate with SHE (Environmental Health & Safety) teams to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
