Position: Product Owner

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Interview-3 rounds -Via Teams with Video ON (3 sets of technical interview, including 1 coding interview, 1 architecture interview and 1 team interview (behavioral); 3 separate interviews.) FINAL ROUND COULD BE IN OFFICE.

Required Technical Skills

10+ years of experience as a Lead product owner

Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Software Change Request Management: Knowledge of software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.

Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering; ability to deliver new or enhanced fee-based software products.

Software Problem Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.

Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.

Role: Salesforce CPQ Developer (REMOTE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Developer with deep hands on experience building and scaling end to end Quote to Cash (Q2C) and Lead to Cash (L2C) solutions in complex B2B SaaS environments.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions that power accurate quoting, scalable pricing, contract lifecycle management, billing hand offs, and predictable revenue operations. You will work closely with Business Systems Analysts, Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate requirements into robust, production ready CPQ configurations and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 5 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 4+ years of hands on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience
• Proven delivery across Quote to Cash / Lead to Cash processes
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
• MDQ, pricing waterfalls, approvals, renewals, amendments
• Apex, SOQL, Flows, declarative automation
• B2B SaaS revenue model experience:
• Subscriptions, usage based pricing, expansions, renewals
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams with cross functional stakeholders

Position: IT Quality/Test Engineer

We are looking for a Lead QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. The quality assurance team is working with talented cross-functional engineering team that is building new platform utilizing cutting-edge technologies.QA team is leading relentless pursuit of quality including defect management on multiple large-scale programs for the Client Digital Platform

Required Qualifications:

10+ years' experience in this capacity, a minimum of 3 of those years in a true lead role.

Typically have 7+ years of experience in software test and/or software development

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies.

Leadership and/or project management experience in cross-functional high-paced environment.

Knowledge of AWS, SQL, ADO, Power BI, and Excel

Strong analytical skills and data mining skills.
