Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and nuanced clinical laboratory tests across various areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology in alignment with established protocols.
• Critically assess results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all laboratory activities comprehensively, guide new personnel or students, and help maintain high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe working space, and comply with all regulatory and accreditation norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the entirety of your employment.
