Sunny Days is seeking a Full Time, Part Time, or Independent Contractor Physical Therapist for our Targeted Evaluation Team in Hudson County. Benefits Competitive rates based on experience, location and work status $90,000 - $97,000 per year for full time employees $70- $78 per hour for part time employees $90 - $96 per hour for independent contractors SIGN ON BONUS - UP TO $1000 Full Benefits package available to Full Time Employees Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Available to Part-Time Employees Eligible for direct deposit May be eligible to earn NJ sick time Paid Admin time for part-time employees (travel time/training time/paperwork/prep time) May be eligible to participate in Sunny Days 401(k) plan Part-time employees are covered under Sunny Days Workers Compensation and Professional Liability Insurance Create your own Schedule, choosing where and when you want to provide services Job Responsibilities Evaluation and assessment shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the federal Part C regulations, NJEIS rules, Approved NJEIS State Plan and these policies and procedures. Evaluations and assessments must be conducted by qualified practitioners trained to utilize appropriate methods and procedures. Additional standardized and criterion referenced evaluation tool(s) are administered when needed to clarify or augment information about the child’s functional development. Attendance at all IFSP meetings. Demonstrate completion of the state-mandated training of evaluation requirements, fidelity trainings, IFSP training, Procedural Safeguards modules and license renewals, certifications. Perform other duties as assigned/required. Experience / Qualifications Candidates that meet the standards for any professional level EI personnel position. Maintains current Physical Therapist licensure as required by Professional licensing board. Minimum of 400 hours field experience in Early Intervention. Prior evaluation/assessment skills using standardized tools required. Solid knowledge of the basic elements of Evaluation: skill criteria, administration of required items, concepts of basal, ceiling and raw scores, and the relationship between these findings and child development. Ability to use kit manipulatives as required by the tool. Must be able to travel.
