Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Play an essential role in supporting students’ communication development for the 2026-2027 school year in Brainerd, MN. Three contract opportunities are available for full-time, school-based professionals with Speech-Language Pathology expertise. Work alongside dedicated educators in a setting that values student growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Department of Education SLP license
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or training in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with educators, families, and students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals and small groups in accordance with their IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting in line with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in school-based SLP therapy
