Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity in Lawrence, Kansas An expanding Heart Center in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative 7-physician team backed by 4 experienced APPs and on-site Electrophysiology support. This position combines high earning potential, strong administrative backing, and a highly predictable lifestyle. Practice Overview The Team: 7 Physicians (5 Non-Invasive, 2 Interventional) backed by 4 experienced APPs and on-site Electrophysiology support. Scope: Dynamic split between outpatient care, inpatient/ED consults, and high-volume diagnostics. Procedures & Modalities: TTE/TEE/stress echo, stress testing, rhythm/device interrogation (pacemakers/LINQ), PET perfusion stress, and CCTA. Schedule & Quality of Life Clinic Hours: 36 patient-facing hours/week across 5 days (4.5-day workweek option available). Manageable Pace: 16 patients per 8-hour clinic day (30-minute visit blocks). Inpatient Rounding: 7-day blocks every 6 weeks with a light average census ( 10 patients). Call Coverage: Shared 1:6 rotation, includes a dedicated day off post-weekend call . Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $540,000 guaranteed for 24 months + $40,000 signing bonus. Time Off: Exceptional 45 days annual PTO (includes holidays, sick, and CME).
