• Work 12-hour shifts in a 24-hour physician coverage model, including days and nights.
  
• Collaborate with NPPAs and utilize Epic EMR and Abridge AI scribe technology.
  
• Manage patient transfers to Children's Hospital of San Antonio for high-acuity cases when appropriate.
  
• Adhere to all credentialing, privileging, and immunization requirements including ATLS, PALS, and annual PPD.
