Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Experience in critical care (ICU/CCU)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated.
• Collaborate with the facility's leadership to promote high-quality nursing care.
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
