Guaranteed pay plus incentive opportunities, income potential beginning at $55,000 and up

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and teamwork

Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business

Respond to inquiries, highlight vehicle features, and conduct test drives

Provide accurate payment quotes and financing options

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals

Assist customers through all aspects of vehicle ownership and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of sales or retail experience preferred

Ability to pass state licensing requirements for a Salesperson License (PA)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools

Team player with a positive, coachable mindset

Physically able to perform job functions (standing, bending, lifting)
