This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide one of the nation's premier academic plastic surgery programs, overseeing a broad portfolio of reconstructive, microsurgical, craniofacial, hand, gender-affirming, aesthetic, and complex wound reconstruction services. The Division Director will shape the strategic direction of the division while advancing Cedars-Sinai's missions of clinical excellence, innovation, education, research, and community impact.

The division also sponsors the Randy Sherman Global Reconstructive Microsurgery Fellowship, supporting both clinical and research fellows dedicated to advancing reconstructive microsurgery worldwide. In addition, the division currently trains two microsurgery fellows and one peripheral nerve surgery fellow, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to excellence in advanced subspecialty education.
