Pay: starting rates are $20 to $26/hour depending on experience, with advancement opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or in the janitorial industry preferred but not required
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with assistance up and down multiple flights of stairs (some buildings may not have elevators)
• One week per month of additional after-hours availability and overtime
• Able to work alone or in a group and communicate effectively
• Must be 18 years old
• Access to reliable transportation is required to get to and from our offices
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass physical and able to wear half or full-face respirator masks
• Ability to work at heights (ladder/scaffold)
• Valid California Driver's License

Las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no están limitadas a lo siguiente:

• Viajar a varios sitios de trabajo transportando los equipos y materiales necesarios, incluyendo botar la basura.
• Sentirse cómodo trabajando en todos tipo de entornos, incluidos espacios confinados, altas temperaturas y cuartos fríos.
• Ser capaz de levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras sin ayuda.
• Ser capaz de trabajar en espacios confinados. Incluyendo áticos y sótanos durante períodos prolongados de tiempo.
• Ser capaz de trabajar en escaleras o andamios por períodos prolongados de tiempo, a menudo trabajando por encima de la altura de la cabeza
• Ser capaz de levantar y transportar hasta 150 libras con ayuda para subir varios tramos de escaleras (algunos edificios puede que no tengan elevadores disponibles)
• Flexibilidad de horario y responsabilidades, las cuales pueden cambiar a diario, incluye la respuesta a llamadas de emergencia.
• Capaz de trabajar solo o en grupo y comunicarse de manera efectiva
• Experiencia en construcción o en la industria de limpieza deseada, pero no es obligatorio

Requisitos:

• Pasar el examen de drogas previo a la oferta de empleo
• Capacidad para levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras sin ayuda
• Licencia de conducir válida de CA Clase C con un mínimo de tres (3) años de experiencia
• Se requiere transporte personal confiable
• La atención al cliente tiene que ser una de tus motivaciones
• Debe estar disponible para trabajar los fines de semana y horas extras, según sea necesario
• Debe poder comunicarse en inglés de manera verbal y escrita
• Bilingüe inglés/español es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio
• Licencia valida de el estado de California
