TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Petoskey, Michigan, 49770!

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to diverse Med-Surg and stroke patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Support shared governance initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recent Med Surg RN experience – Required
• Travel experience – Highly Preferred
• Active Michigan RN license (or verification via LARA/Nursys)
• BLS (AHA) certification – Required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission – Required
