Job Details Specialty: LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Schedule: 12-hour night shifts Hours Per Week: 36 Contract Length: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,640 - $1,730 Location: Panama City, Florida Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Start Date: ASAP Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain one Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical nursing experience BLS certification required before the first shift ACLS certification required before the first shift Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced LTAC and acute care environment Experience with medically complex patients strongly preferred Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Provide timely updates for team conferences and maintain accurate clinical documentation Support patient rehabilitation, education, and discharge planning from day one Monitor patient status, communicate changes promptly, and promote continuity of care Guide and supervise ancillary nursing staff as appropriate Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered Long-Term Acute Care environment Contribute to a positive team culture and ongoing professional growth Why Choose This Travel RN Opportunity?
