We're looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Operate the cash register and accurately process sales transactions Assist with opening, closing, and balancing the register as assigned Restock merchandise and maintain organized, attractive sales displays Sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Support daily sales and production goals as part of a team Assist donors and customers in a courteous and professional manner What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Retail, cashier, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Schedule Approximately 25 hours per week Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Training & Development Paid training on register operations and store procedures Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership Opportunity to develop retail, customer service, and teamwork skills Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package for part-time employees working 20-29 hours per week , including: Prorated Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Leave Holiday Pay Voluntary Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Additional wellness programs and benefits may be available based on location and role Why Join The Salvation Army?
