In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding world-class talent.This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, venture-backed software startup at an early stage, where you'll have a meaningful impact shaping our team, our culture, and the foundation of our talent operations. You'll partner closely with our engineering and leadership teams to attract exceptional people who are redefining how the world controls complex hardware systems.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to define hiring strategies, headcount plans, and interview processes across teams.Own the full-cycle recruiting process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding — to deliver a seamless candidate experience.Manage Revel's ATS and recruiting tools, keeping candidate pipelines and job postings accurate and up to date.Track and report key recruiting metrics to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including hosting or attending industry events, meetups, and university programs.Launch and manage an internship and early talent program, building relationships with universities and technical organizations.Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes for clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with company goals.Continuously improve the candidate experience and employer brand through thoughtful communication and outreach.Qualifications7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth software or hardware startups.Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering, product, or technical roles.Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruiting best practices for software engineering and related fields.Strong verbal and communication skills, with the ability to speak with internal leadership and represent Revel to external candidates.Experience with recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, scheduling tools, etc.).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.Highly proactive and self-motivated — comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth software or hardware startups.Experience recruiting for software, embedded systems, hardware/software integration, or control systems engineering roles.Experience with Ashby ATS.Familiarity with startup hiring environments.Comfort reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.Experience hosting or speaking at recruiting/networking events or university outreach programs.Passion for technology, engineering, and building teams that push the boundaries of what's possible.Why RevelJoin a world-class team of engineers with decades of critical software applications experience.Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.Competitive salary, substantial equity, and significant personal growth opportunities.Collaborative, ambitious, and technically challenging environment.BenefitsHealth insurance — We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage to support you and your family.401(k) — Save for your future with our 401(k) plan.Equity — All full-time employees receive equity, ensuring that you share in Revel's success and growth.Life insurance — Company-paid life insurance gives you and your family peace of mind.Parental leave — We offer paid maternity and paternity leave to support new parents.Catered lunch — We provide catered lunch five days a week, so you can stay fueled and focused.Unlimited PTO — We trust you to take the time you need.
