Accounting Associate Job ID: 150632 Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $75,000, Day Shift, Full-Time A firm in the financial advisory and investment management industry serving individuals, families, and institutions. They are seeking a Accounting Associate to join their team. Your day-to-day as a Accounting Associate: Manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry and vendor billing processes Calculate commissions, process payroll, and track employee time off Record and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate monthly financial reports Assist with year-end reporting and ensure compliance with industry regulations Your skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Proficiency with QuickBooks and strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
