Pay: $45-$50/hour, based on experience
A well-established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing facility.
This opportunity is ideal for a mechanic who enjoys solving difficult equipment problems and wants hands-on ownership of both modern automation and legacy European machinery.

A well-established food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing facility.
This opportunity is ideal for a mechanic who enjoys solving difficult equipment problems and wants hands-on ownership of both modern automation and legacy European machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot molding, wrapping, packaging, cartoning, and conveyor equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment issues
- Repair motors, VFDs, sensors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment changeovers
- Read electrical schematics and work with systems up to 480V
- Help reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Industrial maintenance experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Working knowledge of PLC diagnostics
- Experience with high-speed packaging or automated production equipment
- Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
