We foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture where growth, learning, and professional development are encouraged.What You'll DoInventory & Yard ManagementTrack and maintain accurate records of all equipment inventory entering and leaving the yardAssign and verify stock numbers on all equipmentPrepare and process equipment release and return documentationReceive new, used, and consigned equipment, including unloading deliveries and completing required paperworkMonitor equipment status and location throughout the yard, shop, and storage areasMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional yard environmentEquipment ReadinessInspect equipment to verify operational readinessIdentify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate service requestsPartner with Parts and Service teams to ensure rental equipment remains in excellent working conditionCustomer & Team SupportProvide professional, responsive customer serviceAssist with rental inquiries and phone calls when the Rental Manager is unavailableSupport communication between Rental, Sales, Parts, and Service departmentsHelp ensure customers receive the right equipment, on time, and ready to performWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to adapt quickly and effectively manage changing prioritiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience working with heavy equipment, construction or agricultural equipment.Prior experience in equipment rental, inventory control, logistics, or yard operationsTraining is available for candidates eager to learn and grow within the role.Physical RequirementsTo successfully perform this role, employees must be able to:Work outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditionsFrequently stand, walk, bend, climb, and move around heavy equipmentLift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 poundsSafely access and inspect equipment from ground level and elevated positionsWork EnvironmentThis position regularly operates in outdoor yard environments and around heavy machinery.
