If so, please consider applying for this full-time position today! Your Life as an LPN / Senior Living Nurse This full-time nursing position offers flexible hours . As an LPN / Senior Living Nurse, you play an essential role in ensuring that our assisted living residents receive high-quality direct care. You support the RN and help recruit caregivers and med techs. You coordinate with vendors for TB testing and delivery for residents and employees. You develop staff training programs and train our nurses and unlicensed staff in the administration and management of medications. You provide superior nursing care to our senior residents. To create individualized service plans, you conduct assessments and then collaborate with the direct care team to create the plan. You communicate all details to the appropriate staff to ensure residents\' needs are met. You schedule medication technicians to ensure coverage, and work with dieticians, therapists, and other team members. You are meticulous about documenting residents\' conditions and noting significant changes. The role can be fast-paced, but you will find meaningful fulfillment in helping our senior living community.
