If you have a passion for qualitative research practices and a knack for organizing teams, the Research Coordinator role is your playground. You will keep the engines of our research projects humming, ensuring our data tools operate smoothly and our interns stay highly supported.

What You’ll Do:

• Govern the Database: Take comprehensive charge of our research repositories, ensuring every spreadsheet, survey result, and focus group transcript is accurately cataloged, labeled, and easy for the team to reference.
• Administer Surveys & Digital Tools: Manage the back-end of our digital feedback platforms, distribute our signature Civic Pulse Survey, and proactively troubleshoot any technical snags with survey links or digital distribution channels.
• Coordinate & Mentor Interns: Provide direct day-to-day task assignments, onboarding support, and positive tracking for our incoming Research Associate interns, ensuring their data collection perfectly matches the Research Director’s research goals.
• Fuel Cross-Team Content Needs: Help transform raw research numbers into clean charts, graphs, data visualization sets, and summaries that our Education and Advancement teams can rely on to build programs and marketing campaigns.

Your Schedule & Commitments:

• Attend the 90-minute monthly organization-wide sync.
• Connect with the research team in up to three short monthly huddles to align on active sprints.
• Spend your remaining hours exploring civic research opportunities and providing insights into civic behaviors across the region.
