Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: Day 8 | Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

Our organization is in search of a Family Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens support to address an immediate need.

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Patient Load: Average of 10-25 patients per day
• Practice Environment: Outpatient setting
• Scope of Practice: Primary care for all age groups
• Licensure: Must possess an active Ohio State License and DEA registration
• Advanced Practitioners: No supervisory responsibilities
• Credentialing Duration: Approximately 1-2 weeks
