About This Role:

We're looking for a compassionate Physician to join the Evara Health team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in our community. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive care, build lasting relationships with patients, and work collaboratively with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team. Required Education & Experience:

• Graduation from Accredited Medical School
• Active/Clear Florida Medical License
• Board Certified
