Metro Therapy, Inc is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this collaborative, patient-centered role, you will evaluate and treat adults and children with diverse functional needs, developing customized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve independence in daily activities. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, ADL training, neuromuscular re-education, upper extremity rehabilitation, and patient/family education. You’ll document care using EMR, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to quality initiatives.
