About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is recruiting driven professionals in the Omaha area for a leading national benefits provider. This entry-level role lets you help local families and businesses with essential supplemental insurance while enjoying a predictable schedule and strong earning potential.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with local business owners and families.
- Present customized benefit solutions.
- Build long-term trusted relationships.
- Manage your own daily schedule and client follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and coachable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior insurance experience required — full training and licensing support provided.
Compensation Benefits
- 100% performance-based uncapped commission.
- Target first-year earnings for dedicated reps: $49,200 – $93,500+.
