• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2)

Job Summary

Material Handlers contribute to the mission of saving and sustaining lives by receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventory. This position requires working in a fast-paced, organized environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The role may also include supporting other warehouse functions and coordinating work activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, distribute, and maintain inventory accurately.
• Control and maintain material flow through the warehouse and production areas.
• Receive incoming materials according to established procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and Quality Management System requirements.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Receiving, Inspection, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after training.
• Train and assist other material handlers as needed.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities when required.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of Material Handling or Warehouse experience.
• Experience using Electronic Inventory Management Systems (MRP/ERP).
• Strong computer skills for data entry and inventory transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable learning forklift operation and operating pallet jacks or walkie stackers.
• Previous forklift experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 18 lbs and occasionally up to 66 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
