Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the prepress department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control. Manage a team of prepress technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Ensure that all prepress work is completed accurately and on time, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Collaborate with other departments, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of projects. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, working with the team to find solutions and prevent future problems. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards. Stay up to date with the latest prepress technologies and techniques and make recommendations for process improvements as needed. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in prepress operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of prepress software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, and Preps. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex technical issues. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of printing processes and materials is a plus.
