What You'll Be Doing

• Assist clients with researching and selecting travel experiences that match their interests and budgets
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
• Help travelers compare options and make informed travel decisions
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
• Review reservation details, itineraries, and travel documentation for accuracy
• Track booking updates, schedule changes, and client requests
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel information
• Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry updates
• Deliver professional, responsive service throughout the client journey

What We're Looking For

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
