Position Overview: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager. The LVN works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. Administering medications and monitoring patient reactions Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare team members to implement care plans Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments Educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols Qualifications: Newly licensed LVNs are welcome to apply Experienced LVNs are preferred Background in skilled nursing, long-term and/or short term care is a plus Current and valid California LVN license Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association For Full Time, What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
