About the Role: Sales Intake Representative
As a Sales Intake Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clientsserving as the warm, knowledgeable voice that introduces them to our firm. You'll guide them from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your empathy, professionalism, and clarity will set the tone for a strong and lasting attorney-client relationship.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Create Exceptional First Impressions Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
- Handle Client Calls with Care Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
- Own the Client Journey Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.
