Corporate Legal Assistant

A well-established Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join its growing Corporate/Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting complex corporate and commercial transactions. Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the Corporate/Finance practice group. Assist with corporate transactions, including closings, mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial matters. Manage attorney calendars and track critical deadlines. Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications. Prepare and distribute documents for electronic signature using DocuSign. Track transactions and maintain deal files. Prepare closing documents, signature packets, and closing binders. Coordinate Secretary of State filings and corporate searches. Order corporate certificates and other required documentation. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Qualifications 3–5 years of corporate or finance legal assistant experience in a law firm. Strong knowledge of corporate transactions, financing matters, and related procedures. Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, closings, and other commercial transactions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
