Lead Creative Director, Art TV & Brand Campaigns

VML is seeking a hands-on Creative Director, Art with a deep background in TV, film, branding, and integrated campaigns. You will lead high-impact concepting and art direction, rolling up your sleeves to produce work and own TV briefs from concept to final cut. You'll partner with strategy, account, and production teams to align creative with client objectives, while mentoring the next generation of talent and elevating broadcast capabilities. Hybrid with four days in-office expectations.
