Inventory Control Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. Proficiency in Excel Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus Knowledge of J.D. Edwards preferred but not required. Essential Duties: Maintain accurate inventory transactions, ensuring full traceability and data integrity Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Support receiving and shipping activities as needed to ensure material moves accurately and on time through the facility. Handle new supply delivery and ensure accurate stocking and storage Fulfill, and process store supply orders on a routine basis: moving products from storage areas to the shipping area Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine inventory accuracy, storage methods, and system data quality as production scales. Maintain appropriate paperwork, records and files. Performs other inventory related duties as assigned.
