Job Summary

This role supports sales administration, customer service, order processing, quoting, and product information requests for products sold nationally through distributor and customer channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys supporting sales teams, working with product details, and communicating with distributors, end users, outside sales representatives, and manufacturer partners. The position is well suited for someone who thrives in a small office environment, values teamwork, and brings a positive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to daily work.

The Sales Administrator will play an important role in helping customers receive accurate pricing, product details, delivery updates, quotations, and order support. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment where strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to distributor, end user, manufacturer partner, and outside sales representative requests regarding product details, pricing, availability, delivery, and quotations.
- Prepare sales quotations for standard stock items, special orders, large projects, and competitive bid opportunities.
- Process sales orders received by phone, online systems, and email while providing confirmations and delivery updates to customers.
- Use manufacturer websites, internal systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel to access, organize, and report sales information.
- Coordinate with outside sales staff on quote activity, product selection, specification support, and order follow-up.
- Manage the ordering and shipment of sales samples while maintaining accurate customer and account information.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Location: Auburn, CA.
