The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Assistant Office Manager to help us keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Support the Team: Act as the backbone of our office operations, providing daily support to our administrative staff and field team.
• Coordinate Care: Assist in scheduling, matching clients with the right caregivers, and managing daily logistics to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Operational Excellence: Help maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and streamline office tasks to keep the agency running efficiently.
• Foster Culture: Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment where both staff and clients feel valued and heard.
